Emotions can be expressed in different ways such as 
  • Happiness
  • Anger
  • Fear
  • Stress
  • Romance
  • Depression
The ways of controlling emotion are described at the last before that let us see the various types of emotions in short.

Happiness

Every human can understood easily if the person is very happy or overwhelmed. It is the easiest way of expressing the emotion by making them and others also happy. This type of emotion will not affect any others.

Anger
Even if you think you have your anger under control, there's always room for improvement. Do you think it’s easier to control the anger? The  answer is “NO”. It takes time for us to realize where we went wrong and finding the solutions. We can listen to music for reducing anger or talk to our best friends through phone.
Fear
Fear is reacting to something which we feel it as a danger or threat. Fear is the basic emotional factor for each and every people. It can be controlled by learning NLP. Stress
 Stress means physical or mental tension. It relates to the emotional factor the most. For example, taking care of elders in the home when we are at work, makes us to divert the concentration from work. It leads to the incompletion of work and our stress factors rises. Romance
Romance is a feeling and is characterized as a thrill, excitement, and exhilaration. It carries human value(strong bonding) of each other. The weakest part of emotion is ROMANCE.
Depression
Depression is the most critical stage of emotion. Try to overcome it by making yourself strong and fit in taking the decisions. Decisions are based upon our mental emotions and not on logical things.
Few steps for controlling emotions
·         Avoid egoistic decisions.
·         Before taking decisions, consider other’s emotions and human values.
·         Be happy with what you have today.
·         Think about your family /future, don’t lose the family for silly emotional things.
·         We have to give up our anger, regret, depressed things towards others.
